Michael Alls is the Director of Business Strategy for KeyMark, Inc. located in Liberty, SC and has been with the company for over 10 years. Michael is responsible for the proactive evaluation and development of new solutions and enhancements to existing solutions for various markets and verticals.
After receiving his BS in Computer Science from Clemson University, Michael worked as an Information Systems Manager for South Carolina Steel Corporation. Now with KeyMark, he focuses on building intellectual property and solutions to best meet client objectives. Michael works closely with KeyMark’s internal resources, vendors, and customers to define business requirements and goals. His efforts lead to greater understanding of industry needs and competitive positioning for KeyMark.
KeyMark is one of the few Document Management companies of its size with a dedicated Business Strategy department. Michael’s ability to coordinate resources to develop and fine tune system solutions is a leading factor in KeyMark’s success.
Michael Alls has an executive certificate in Developing & Managing Successful Technology & Product Strategy from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management. He has the following document-capture certifications; OnBase, Kofax KC3 and CDIA. Michael is a member of the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP) and The Association for Work Process Improvement (TAWPI) where he serves on the TAWPI Forms Processing Council.
