The proliferation of blogging tools and platforms have enabled anyone who can type with two fingers the opportunity to blog.

There are probably millions of blogs. That is a made up number, but it sounds right, and it certainly seems right given the vast amount of garbage out there.

The much heralded Web 2.0 threatens to make the internet useless. What good is the information super highway if it is littered with garbage.

There are many highly trafficked blogs in the real estate and mortgage markets. Some are very good. But I have found none that are specifically geared towards providing industry professionals an open platform for the exchange of useful ideas, in an uncluttered, ad free environment.
