Good. I'm sorry, but couldn't Senator Dodd bother someone that isn't up to his neck with his company collapsing? Why doesn't he track the former president of MLN (of CT), Mitch Heffernan, who has a search warrant out for his arrest over a failure to pay commissions to his former employees?
Mitch is busy running away from his failed company and in the process of starting up a new mortgage business, InHome Capital LLC. (news story here).
Mitch, I am sure, has plenty of time to talk about accountability in the mortgage business, and how easy it is to avoid responsibility.

Update regarding Mitch Heffernan
National Mortgage News reported recently that Mitch has sought an injunction against the warrant for his arrest that was issued.
Although I would agree that the bankruptcy ought to resolve the issue of overdue salary, I'd be interested to know whether Mitch was able to pull money out of the lender before the trouble started- in which case, he, and anyone else that pulled money out, should probably be asked to return it.
